“Boris Groh” operates this online store. The store is hosted on Shopify. International orders are invoiced and processed via Payoneer. Customers located in Ukraine can pay in Ukrainian hryvnia directly to the official business accounts of Boris Groh as a registered individual entrepreneur.
Use of our services is also governed by our Terms of Service, Return & Refund Policy, and Shipping Policy.

1. Information We Collect

Depending on how you use the store, we may collect or receive:

• contact details, such as name, email address, telephone number, and delivery or billing address;
• order and transaction details, such as products purchased, order history, amount, currency,
payment status, invoice references, and refund information;
• account details if you create a customer account;
• communications with us, including customer-service, shipping, claim, return, and
fraud-verification correspondence;
• shipping and customs information required to fulfil an order;
• device and usage data, such as Internet Protocol address, browser type, device information, pages
viewed, and interactions with the store; and
• cookie, analytics, consent, and marketing-preference information.

We do not directly collect or store full payment-card credentials through our Shopify storefront. Payment providers and financial institutions may process payment information under their own services and privacy terms. We may receive transaction information that is reasonably necessary to confirm and reconcile payments, issue invoices, process refunds, prevent fraud, and maintain accounting records.

2. How We Use Information

• to process, verify, fulfil, ship, and administer orders;
• to prepare invoices, confirm payments, process refunds, and maintain business and accounting records;
• to send order confirmations, tracking information, service messages, and important updates;
• to provide customer support and handle returns, damage claims, disputes, and carrier
investigations;
• to prevent, detect, and investigate fraud, abuse, chargebacks, security incidents, and unlawful activity;
• to operate, maintain, secure, analyse, and improve the store and its services;
• to comply with legal, tax, customs, accounting, record-keeping, sanctions, and regulatory obligations; and
• to send marketing communications where you have subscribed or where otherwise permitted by law.
You can unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time.

3. Legal Bases Where Applicable

Where data-protection law requires a legal basis, we may rely on performance of a contract, steps requested before entering a contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in operating and securing the business, and consent where required, including for certain marketing communications and non-essential cookies.

4. Payment Processing

International payments may be invoiced and processed through Payoneer, while domestic Ukrainian payments may be made to our official business bank accounts. Payment providers and financial institutions may collect and process payer and payment information independently under their own terms and privacy policies.

We may receive payment confirmations, transaction references, payer-identification information made available to us, amount, currency, payment status, refund information, and other transaction data necessary to administer an order and comply with business or legal obligations.

5. Cookies and Analytics

The store uses cookies and similar technologies for essential functions, security, preferences, analytics, and, where enabled, marketing. Visitors in jurisdictions that require consent for non-essential cookies may be shown a consent banner or similar control. You can manage cookies through available consent controls and your browser settings, although blocking essential cookies may affect store functionality.

6. Disclosure of Information

We may share personal information only as reasonably necessary with categories of recipients such as:
• Shopify and providers that host, secure, maintain, or support the online store;
• payment providers and financial institutions used to process or reconcile transactions;
• postal operators, couriers, freight providers, customs brokers, insurers, and other logistics providers;
• printing, production, packaging, newsletter, email, analytics, information-technology, and other service providers that support the business;
• professional advisers, accountants, or other advisers where reasonably necessary;
• fraud-prevention, dispute, chargeback, security, or claims service providers where relevant; and
• courts, law-enforcement agencies, tax authorities, customs authorities, regulators, or other public authorities where disclosure is required or permitted by law.

We do not sell or rent personal information to advertisers or other third parties for payment.

7. International Processing and Transfers

Because our store, payment, logistics, technology, and service providers may operate in different countries, personal information may be processed outside your country of residence. Where applicable law requires safeguards for international transfers, we rely on the safeguards made available by the relevant provider or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

8. Retention

We retain personal information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Policy, including order fulfilment, customer support, claims, fraud prevention, accounting, tax, customs, legal compliance, and dispute resolution. Different categories of information may be retained for different periods. When information is no longer required, we take reasonable steps to delete, anonymise, or securely dispose of it, subject to legal retention obligations.

9. Security

We use reasonable organisational and technical measures appropriate to the nature of the information we handle. No online service, email system, payment system, or method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

10. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your location and applicable law, you may have rights to request access to personal information, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, or objection to certain processing, and to withdraw consent where processing is based on consent. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions, including accounting, tax, fraud-prevention, contractual, and legal-claims obligations.

To make a privacy request, email borisgrohshop@gmail.com. We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and the scope of the request before acting on it.

11. Marketing Communications

If you subscribe to marketing communications, you may unsubscribe at any time using the unsubscribe method in the message or by contacting us. Service communications relating to an order, payment, shipping, claim, security matter, or legal obligation are not marketing messages and may still be sent where necessary.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our store, services, providers, legal obligations, or data practices. The effective date at the top of the Policy shows when the current version applies. Material changes will apply prospectively as required by applicable law.
