Production & Delivery Times
All items are made to order unless stated otherwise. Production and delivery times vary depending on the item and destination.
⚠️ Please note: delays may occur during holidays, customs clearance, or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Export Permits (Originals)
Shipping original artworks abroad requires an official export permit issued by the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine.
The permit process may take up to one month, but it’s usually completed within 5–10 business days.
Please note that we are not responsible for any delays caused by the Ministry of Culture or other government authorities during the permit processing.
Such delays are beyond our control and do not constitute grounds for order cancellation or refund.

Tracking & Confirmation
You receive order confirmation and tracking by email once shipped.

Customs & Duties
International buyers are responsible for all duties/taxes. These fees are not included in the product price. Customs delays are beyond our control.

Lost Packages
A shipment is treated as lost when the carrier confirms the loss in writing. Claims cannot be processed before carrier confirmation.

Liability
We are not responsible for delays, damages, or losses beyond the carrier’s official liability. All shipments are insured where possible. Compensation cannot exceed the carrier’s insurance coverage.

Restricted Countries
We do not ship to Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Palestine, and other destinations subject to trade sanctions, high fraud risk, or unreliable postal services.
