By using this site, you agree to these Terms as well as our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy available on this website.
Orders
Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Orders are accepted only once payment is confirmed. Purchases are final and subject to our Return & Refund Policy, Shipping Policy, and Privacy Policy, all of which form part of these Terms.
Our Products
We make every effort to present our products accurately. Please note that:
- Colors may appear slightly different depending on screen settings, lighting conditions, or device calibration.
- Each product is handmade, so small variations in size, trim, or alignment may occur.
- Canvas prints are hand-stretched, which can cause minor differences in final dimensions.
- Product images may include mockups, styled photographs, or digital previews for illustrative purposes.
The final physical artwork may vary slightly in color, texture, scale, or finish due to the nature of handmade and printed products.
Such variations are a natural part of the artistic and production process and are not considered defects or grounds for return or refund.
Prices & Billing
All prices are in USD unless stated otherwise. Prices exclude shipping, duties, or taxes.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship worldwide except to restricted destinations (Russia, Belarus, Cuba, Iran, North Korea, Syria, Venezuela, Nigeria, Afghanistan, Palestine, and other restricted regions).
All items are made to order unless otherwise stated. Production and delivery times may vary depending on the item, destination country, and external factors beyond our control (e.g., customs clearance, holidays, carrier delays).
Original artworks shipped abroad require official export permits from the Ministry of Culture of Ukraine, which may extend the preparation time.
Tracking numbers are provided once an order has been dispatched.
Incorrect address / unclaimed parcels
If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, failure to collect the shipment, or refusal to pay import duties or taxes, the seller’s obligation to ship the order is considered fulfilled.
No refund will be issued in such cases. If reshipment is possible, it will be arranged only after the original parcel is returned, with all reshipping costs covered by the customer. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Customs & Taxes
International buyers are responsible for any applicable import duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their destination country. These charges are determined by local authorities and are outside our control.
Refusal to pay import duties, taxes, or fees, or refusal to accept delivery, does not constitute grounds for order cancellation, refund, or chargeback. In most cases, such shipments are not returned to us.
Returns & Refunds
All purchases are subject to our Return & Refund Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.
Eligibility for returns, refunds, or withdrawal rights depends on the type of product and the stage of production, as outlined in the Return & Refund Policy.
Intellectual Property
All artworks, images, and materials are property of Boris Groh. Purchases are for personal use only.
Fraud screening & chargebacks
We may hold, cancel, or ship with safeguards (e.g., signature on delivery) orders flagged by anti-fraud checks or where billing and shipping details materially differ. We may request verification. Unfounded chargebacks will be disputed with evidence (order records, tracking, delivery confirmation). We may restrict future purchases from accounts, emails, or addresses involved in abuse.
Feedback
Any feedback, reviews, or suggestions you provide may be used by us for business purposes without obligation to compensate you.
Errors and Omissions
We reserve the right to correct errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to cancel or update orders if necessary.
Prohibited Uses
You may use our Services only for lawful purposes. Misuse, fraudulent activity, or attempts to infringe on our rights will result in termination of access.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services at any time without notice if you violate these Terms.
Disclaimer of Warranties
Our website and services are provided “as is” and “as available.” While we do our best to keep everything running smoothly, we cannot guarantee that the site will always be uninterrupted, error-free, or perfectly suited to your device. Small variations (such as color differences due to screen settings) are normal and not considered defects.
Limitation of Liability
Our liability is strictly limited to the value of the product purchased directly from us.
We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, customs charges, shipping delays, or actions taken by third parties such as carriers or customs authorities.
In all cases, any compensation provided shall not exceed the limits set by the carrier’s insurance coverage, where applicable.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer rights in the buyer’s country of residence.
