Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We ship worldwide, with the exception of certain countries. If your country is not available as a shipping option when placing your order, please contact us at borisgrohshop@gmail.com

When will I get my order?
All timeframes are approximate.
Production time: 5–10 business days (all items are made to order except original artworks).
Delivery time:
- International: 7–21 business days, depending on the destination country.
- Domestic (Ukraine): 1–3 business days.
During holiday seasons, production and delivery times may be extended due to increased demand.
How can I track my order?
Once your payment is confirmed and your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.
Export Permit for Original Artworks
Shipping original artworks from Ukraine requires an official state export permit issued by the Ministry of Culture.
The permit process may take up to one month, but it’s usually completed within 5–10 business days. Please allow for this additional time on top of the standard delivery period.
Packaging
All orders are packaged carefully:
- Limited Edition Prints (Paper) → shipped in a sturdy cardboard tube.
- Open Editions (Canvas) → shipped in protective cardboard packaging.
- Originals → shipped in a sturdy box.
Carriers
Orders are usually shipped via private express delivery services (Nova Poshta partners: UPS, OnTrac, Amazon) or the national postal operator, Ukrposhta.

Customs Duties & Import Taxes
All artworks are shipped from Ukraine.
Import duties, VAT, or customs fees are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
For some destinations (such as the United States), import duties or taxes may already be covered if this is clearly stated in the selected shipping option at checkout.
For all other countries, any applicable import duties or local taxes are determined and collected by your local customs office. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
The exact amount depends on the regulations of your country — we recommend checking with your local customs office before placing an order.
If the recipient refuses to pay import duties or taxes and the shipment is returned, the order will be marked as unfulfilled due to customer refusal, and no refund will be issued.
Upon request, we can arrange a reshipment of the returned parcel (if possible); however, the buyer is responsible for all additional shipping costs.
Orders & Payments
How to place an order?
- Add the selected products to your cart.
- Enter your delivery details and confirm your order by clicking “Confirm order”.
- After checkout:
International orders → you will receive a Payoneer invoice by email to complete the payment.
Orders within Ukraine → you will receive payment details for transfer in UAH to the official FOP accounts of Boris Groh. - You will then receive an email confirmation with your order details.
⚠️ Please make sure your contact information (especially your email address) is correct to avoid delays in communication and delivery.

Which payment methods do you accept?
- For international customers, payments are processed securely in via Payoneer. You will receive an invoice by email to complete your purchase.
- For customers in Ukraine, payment can also be made via domestic bank transfer.
Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange my order?
All sales are final, and returns or exchanges are not accepted, as each order is produced individually.
Please note that refused shipments will not be refunded and, in most cases, the package will not be returned to us.
